My
Story
-I've always been inspired by the moments people realize their own potential - when something shifts and they see what's possible. That passion guided me through more than twenty years in corporate leadership, training and communications, where I had the privilege of developing people, building programs and leading teams to success.
-At UBS I led national leadership and technology development initiatives that helped professionals adapt, grow and lead with confidence. I stepped away from that world to raise my family and devote my energy to community leadership and charitable work - experiences that deepened my understanding of purpose, balance and change.
-I am a wife, mother, "bonus" mother, daughter and sister, and like so many, I've navigated life's complex seasons - including serving as an advocate and caregiver through significant health challenges. These deeply personal experiences strengthened my empathy, resilience and belief in the power of presence, perspective and living with intention.
-Those years reaffirmed what I've always known: growth isn't about starting over - it's about acting with intention, whether that means moving forward or staying still. That realization became the foundation for KCP Coaching, where I now combine my professional experience, intuitive understanding of people and formal coaching certifications to help other navigate change with clarity and courage.

Through powerful conversations, awareness tools and the principles of Energy Leadership, I help clients uncover what's possible, release what's holding them back, and move intentionally toward the life they want.
